    The ultrasonic plastic welding machine utilizes ultrasonic welding technology, which transfers ultrasonic energy to the welding area of the plastic part through the upper welding part (upper mold). Due to the relatively high sound resistance of the welding area (the interface between two welding parts), local high temperature is generated in the welding area. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastic, the heat that cannot be dissipated in a timely manner accumulates in the fusion zone, causing the contact surface of the two plastic parts to quickly melt and merge into one under external pressure. After the ultrasound stops working, the continuous external pressure causes the fusion surface to solidify and form a strong molecular chain, thereby achieving the fusion purpose. The fusion strength can be close to the strength of the raw material.
